I'm not sure .. All I know is that when I go over 3rpms or sometimes 4 Rpms it does that big jerk I let go of the gas and it stops doing it but if I hit the gas very slightly it will pass the 3 or 4 Rpms with out the big jerk. Someone told me that it might be the turbo that messed up🤔☹️

Sounds like its either running lean at those rpms I would take this to a shop that works on evo's shouldn't be to hard to find one in your area and have them give it a once over for you and a tune and I wouldn't get on it anymore until you have them look at it or you may blow your engine.

Keep us posted! If it does end up being the fault of the original tune, I want to see it out there for people so they know something they should be aware of.

Please forgive me, but I don't understand this piece. Can you please elaborate?

Glad to hear whatever the problem was got fixed for no money out of your pocket. That always feels like winning the lottery.

I believe he meant that when he went to Ivey tuning it was too packed (busy) so he just went to a mitsu dealer instead. I'm fluent in internet words from being on reddit too often lol.

Punctuation bro, commas and periods save lives.

So the waste gate was broken (locking/seizing?) which made turbo problems when you tried to enter boost. And a new waste gate part is $60 online? if warranty is covering the work then they should cover the cost of a new wastegate as well.
