They are both excellent springs. I would go with eibach to save the money.

I was reading that with a 3k increase it would b smart to revalve? If it's not a big deal how long will the rears last before needing a revalve with the 10k springs?

It won't create an issue with how long they last. I think razorlab's is running 10k rear springs on stock calving with and his car handles fine.

Makes sense. Increasing spring rate shouldn't hurt the shock it just won't allow it perform like it would at a 7k spring rate. Decreasing the spring rate I would think may cause premature wear

On an OEM shock, you are correct, raising springs rates (like installed lowering springs with higher rates) will wear the shock out faster. On a quality, more motorsport/performance oriented damper like the Ohlins, doing either is not going to hurt them. All you simply do is adjust the clicker to make the car. If you have to max out that adjustment, you know it's time to revalve. But there are several guys that very the rates on the only 2-3k form the factory rates and don't have issues. Hell, CBRD ships their Evo X Ohlins setups with 10k/10k rates, and they have a great many very happy clients...

I know you didn't ask me, but I have the painted Rexspeed VG and I agree with The_X_Effect that fitment and quality is good.

The only piece from Rexpseed that I have ever had an issue with was there dual steering wheel gauge pod. I have owned two of them and I had to dremel the openings to fit my aem gauges. Which i understand not all gauges are the same size.

Nice build! Love the pictures. I have the Do-Luck trunk and was thinking of going back to the stock trunk and wing, but your pictures started pushing me back on keeping my Do-Luck on!

My wife thinks its ugly. She says it looks like i was in an accident and couldn't afford to paint my trunk the same color. I simply tell her to get used to it.
