Before engine build - Questions!
Even though I do have a Ralliart, I'm posting here because I am running a evo X setup currently.
Engine
-Evo X Turbo, ETS UICP & LICP, ETS 5" Intercooler, ETS Air Intake, Synapse DV,
Evo X spark plugs, FID Front motor mount
Fuel System
-Fuel Injectors FIC 1100 High Impedence Injectors, Bomba Fuel Rail, MAP Evo X, Fuel Pump Install Kit w/ DW300, MAP AFPR Hose Kit w/ Turbosmart FPR
Transmission
-SSP 500 Clutch Pack and Seals, Transmission Cooler w/ Fan - Custom Built
Exhaust
-AMS Widemouth Downpipe, ETS HFC, Borla Catback Exhaust, Vibrant Resonator
My main plan is to getting everything I need before I do an engine build. I plan to try to get the max or close to the max before I redo the engine.
First thing I plan to do.
Remove the exhaust resonator. change my fuel pump to Walbro450 pump, Upgrade my SST with and overhaul, Dodson heated sump pump and the kozmic clutches (HP10R), upgrade the exhaust manifold and get my injectors clean.
For the transmission and tune I will use kozmic as before. My car has been running on the same tune and clutch upgrade for almost 4 years and so far no real issues.
Now for the turbo (what
Option 1 GTX3576 with the MAP Cast manifold
Option 2 GTX 3071 with the MAP Cast manifold
Option 3 go with a T3 turbo vband and a GTX35 - not sure what other turbo will make a lot of power but still spool quicker then other turbos, plus this option is almost 2x more than option 1 or 2
Now I was also thinking about the following and would like recommendations on the following (Remember my car is a Daily Driver)!:
1- Catch Can
2- Camshaft
3- Springs and Valves?
4- Intake ported & Throttle body also (Though from what I read that it won't do much unless I'm over 500whp)
5- Am I missing anything? I believe after this all I would really need is a engine build.

After reading a lot of Forums. I thinking of going for the T3 Setup with the PTE5858. Seems to fit my need with an early spool for this type of setup and enough to go the full band plus the cost of the turbo is nice. Any other turbos that I should look at?
From here i heard the gsc s1 would help in spooling faster but the s2 i a better overall cams and I can get their retainer and springs.
im thinking of the K27 catch can

I have an ams750r kit, an early one so it has a 5857.. great kit.. but I'm looking at changing to an efr turbo.. 8374 for me, since I have a 2.5, but on a stock 2.0 I would think 76xx would be better.. don't forget your sst, so your going to have a hard time with getting real power...
