Mini battery dies after storage..help!
I have the deka etx14 which is pretty much the same as the braile mini racing battery.. i never had any problem with it until now... i went on a 2 month trip and came back noticed the battery was dead...i tried jump starting it and car started right up...voltage at the battery was at 14.5V+..i left it running and drove around for atleast 45minutes to make sure its charged...the moment i turn my car off...the battery dies again...i get about 0.5 volts instantly out of the mini battery...any ideas?? the battery is shot???

^^^rofl...this thread should probably be moved.
i have been through 2 braille batteries and have discovered that the deka is the same. i now have a deka that is only slightly larger than the braille version...maybe it's a ext16? can't remember, but it fits my mini bat tray a little more snug...but both times my brailles died it was my fault for not having my charger on maintain mode connected or buying a battery tender. they do die.
