yup, prototype light


and if i recall, ALL evo's before the 7 had the same taillights as a regular lancer, its was the 7-9 that were the exception....

in other words, the X having the same lights as a regular lancer is nothing new

Those tails look great! with all LED they'd be almost perfect!

no problemo! i can easily do evo X lights have been talking to a few shops about doing them when the cars get pulled apart for turbos and builds. just waiting for some customers

How does your services work? Do we have to provide you a set of lights or can you get those and just charge for the part plus labor? Lastly how much do you charge?

Ebay has overlays for the stock tails to make it look like that kinda. But IMO they are not precut and I"m sure EvoDave can do far better. But nonetheless just FYI and for picture refrence below is the pic from ebay!

I know, it's a LANCER evolution after-all, but so what? The previous generations had some difference in the tail lights that differentiated the regular ol' Lancer from the Evo.

And that's pretty much why.
Yep. It's probably the only bit on the X I'm not 100% happy with. But hey, I'm sure they will either change them or there will be after market ones available (that hopefully don't look too ricey).

but if overlays the taillight then the reverse light is red too !!!
