you never know if the low trap speeds are due to lack of traction or slipping clutch or poor shifting. I think that is great that the 4b11 is responding so well with mods.

WOW...Exactly why I have avoided this forum for so long...Just for you Internet geniuses...Do the math for how much more power it takes to trap 120+ in a car that weighs 200-250lbs more than an 8 or 9, and then factor in a 4-5 shift near the end of the track.

OT crap removed, and this post is exactly correct. 4th gear in an Evo X is redline at 104mph, the rev limiter is at 111mph. The reason older cars trapped higher is they had a taller final drive ratio, and could attain higher speeds in 4th.

Or you could just tell us the state in which the car went 12.04 @115. You have the mods and two dyno numbers, are we supposed to guess which it is? This could have just been a dyno pull. How are we supposed to know if the run correlated with the exact numbers you showed? Not trying to be a dick, I just wanted to know the whp that made it go 12.04 @ 115

The stats on the car are in the first post sir.

The dyno shown was a comparison from the stock baseline to the current set up, for someone asking about turbo spool differences.

I understand the graph, I was just referring to the 443whp and 370whp claim. There was no claim as to which state of tune the car ran the specified time, that's all. Can I ask where the shift points were? Any lag between shifts? Thanks

ok...I guess I'll leave for a few months for the rest of the evom planet to figure out how much 200+lbs and a shift to 5th means in a 1/4 mile. I love how a lot of you immediately insinuate that the numbers are doctored...Turbo tricks *ONLY* ran a 12.5 with somewhere around 370...Ignore the numbers if you like...but you wont find a faster X...for now anyways.

Tony, Ben and rest of AGP team. This is the stuff I'm talking about. Don't mind the people that have no idea what they are talking about. That is why god created a delete button for the mods. Physics isn't required for forum reading / or drag racing. they wouldn't understand why you had to shift into 5th if you pulled out a chalkboard, drew them a picture and fed them doggy treats to understand it.

ps tell ben i want my car to run like that :P i "might" even let him put a sticker on it
