EVO X best 1/4 mile time????
Just wanted to know what is the actual best 1/4 mile time on the EVO X?
Is there anything better than SpeedClinic's 12.46@108.8?
Thanks.

I'm sorry but the clutter that is developing inside this forum is ridiculous. From topics getting 10 pages long because of evo x haters coming in and adding their 2 cents on how they think the car is crap, to people saying the same thing 5 times.
As well as topics that are posted that if the author spent 2 seconds of looking through topics titles they would have known the answer to their question.
Noize is the man when it comes to getting crap cleaned out of the forum, but sometimes we need to take the time to self regulate ourselves...

We took ours to the track the other night as a last-minute thing.
Stock clutch was slipping through 1st and 2nd (REALLY slipping) and luckily (COUGH!) I'm one of the people with the notchy 2-3 (since getting it). 3rd Gear was locking me out all night (was like trying to shift through a brick wall).
I wasn't even going to post results as that's how disappointed I was with the car, but hopefully the clutch will be in by end of this week, and I'll have swapped out the 2-3 setup and re-shimmed the trans by that point.
The car netted a ****ty 12.6@109.7 (pulling these #s out of my head..might be off a bit--watch the video for my suckage). It's got a good bit of potential left in it when the clutch holds and it lets me get into third the first try. If I could get a clean pass in it, I'd put money on 11.9s to 11.7s at that mph.

Hopefully Mitsu will get me the parts to tear into this trans (did I mention it has 1500 miles on it at this point?) and get the thing figured out for next week at some point.
