Affordable CAN based scan tool?

OK, My old orange faithful actron CP9125 has served me well with my WRX, the Evo VIII and IX, but I'm pretty sure its not CAN compatible.

Do you guys know what is compatible with the Evo X and what would be an economical choice? I don't need a $250 scan tool.

Thanks in advance.

I picked up an actron cp9180 from checker for $170ish for a track back-up. I can verify that it works on the X.

Stay away from the Innovate OT-1, it's a pile of shiat.
