Wait, what's the problem? You said you painted those? I looks like a coarse clear coat more than anything. I don't see any black at all.
You're probably going to have to sand them back down and start over unless you like that texture.

Damn. Well spray can primer is alright, but I wouldnt use it on any of my applications. It looks like you didnt put it on thick enough really. Shake the can up VERY well. Then turn it upside down and spray it for 3 or 4 seconds to clean the nozzle out. Then do a light dust coat. Go back over it 2 or 3 more times with a thicker coat until its completely covered. Dont stop, or go to slow. Thatll run it, and thats never good. After you get that on there let it sit for a while, then sand it with some 600 grit, any less than that and youre going to just eat the primer right back off. Thats why spray can is no good. It doesnt really stick at all and it sands all the way off very easily. Then go back with your black and do the same method, only put another coat or 2 on. Its hard to tell from your pictures, but it looks like I see some of the stock silver color showing thru. Are those pics when its primed or painted?

I painted the wheels on my Z06 and they came out pretty good. I used like a 800 grit sandpaper to get the clear off and scratch the wheels the up a bit, then layed down about 4 coats of primer (giving about 10 minutes between coats), then I did about 5 coats of my black wheel paint (again giving a good 10-15 minutes between coats), then I did 3 or 4 coats of clear to give them a little more gloss and shine. I then let them dry for a solid 24 hrs before remounting the tires. Here are a few pics:
First coats of primer
First coats of black paint
Finished Product
Hope this helps!

Now thats spray-canning done right. Nice work. I work at a body-shop so obviously I have more materials/equipment at my disposal when it comes to painting or fixing anything. And thus my being bias against spray canning, but thats a real quality job right there friend.
