i recently received my AMS intake for the evo x. the intake is great, imho. increase in sound, better BOV placement, all hardware included and also looks good under the hood. the hardest thing about the install was getting all the stock stuff out of the car. other than that the installation was a breeze and it fit great. i didn't get the intake with the available crank case and boost control solenoid. i can actually hear the BOV when it releases the pressure, something i can say i had a hard time hearing before. it was also very easy to install the mas air sensor. so over all would recommend this product to anyone especially those wanting to continue to go with the a recirculation BOV. i also installed ams shifter bushings, which to be honest i couldn't tell a lot of difference but the bushing that came on the car only had 1500 miles on them so i wouldn't expect that they would be wore at all. but down the road i am sure they will not give out like the stock ones will. and lastly, i installed the AMS pre-pressed front motor mount. i also didn't notice much a difference here either, although i will say i am used to a car with poly motor mounts in them so it just maybe me. and also the bushing that came on the car only had 1500 miles on them so i wouldn't expect that they would be wore at all and as stated above is more preventative for down the road ventures i take with the car. i beileve AMS makes great, high quality products. and unlike some companies i have delt with lately, i have not had any problems and they are there to answer any question i have. thanks AMS.

actually i did put an oil catch can on it. although not necessary i thought i would try to keep the engine bay looking as nice as possible.

I agree with the T/S, after AMS sends me my testpipe and exhaust ill have every part on my car that they make for the X except the small battery , AMS = Proven Quality.......
