even the block heater is marked up, I can get one in for 75 bucks (if i do the labor myself) or pay for it to be done for around 125.
I'll have to look into shipping if i dont get a deal local.

Thats actually not as bad as the dealer in Charleston, SC. Although, I picked mine up for about 1k under MSRP from them, just had to jerk them around a bit until they gave me what I wanted... did you try talking to a salesman? BTW, the dealer in Charleston, SC was asking 41k for the GSR and around 46k for the MR.

im guessing you live in anchorage?? with the one and only ****ty mitsubishi dealership lol i used to live there and i visited last year and saw how much they were charging for a lancer gts and i almost **** a brick lol.... i like how dealerships up there are adding an auto start and charging an arm and a leg... its quite depressing.. i heard some people even fly down to seattle and drive it up.. it might be a nice engine break in lol well good luck finding a reasonably priced evo... why not a subie?? its subie country up there.

That kind of stuff is a little beyond my price range / ability to buy spare parts and service. GM will seriously budge on 2008 Corvette prices though. I've seen people getting stripped no-option 08's for $39k. The LS3 still has 430 hp regardless of option packages. The evo is a better daily driver in many ways, even as usable as a Corvette is.
No reason to pay extra on an evo..if they are so proud of them, let them keep them on the lot.

i know that continental nissan/honda had a thing where if you went though the internet manager you didnt pay the dealer markup. (2k)
