How Much for a new Evo / Is this a good deal? *Sticky/Merge* (Includes EvoM vendors)
#2252
Recently saw 08 EvoX Mr with 14K miles fr $29K Has me really thinking. Is this a good deal. It also has the Mobilemedia headunit and looks like aero. I need to get the vin and check the warranty history. I'll probably do that today.

I was wondering since there is a good chance Mitsu will not release 2011 models (exclduing the SE), if I were to go to a dealership in Feb/March 2011 which is when I'm planning on buy an Evo, will I be able to order a GSR brand new or at that point will I have to wait for 2012 models to be releases?!

Hello everyone, I am in need of some opinions on a few things.
First off I am in talks with purchasing an 08 MR for $26k.
It has 16kmiles, no body defects, navigation.
I know this is a great price, but I am in a dilemma.
I currently own a rx8, which I owe about $2500 on.
I am at 87k miles, which means I am full out of warranty for the motor by the end of this year. I have already replaced the motor once, and its not a question of if it blows, its when. Replacing the motor is roughly $4000-$5000 after everything is said and done, which the car would only be worth about $6k after 100kmiles.
The thing is I don't really want to get into another car payment after being so close to paying this off.
So my question to all of you is, is the MR worth getting into? Keeping the rx8 too risky financially. I appreciate any feedback. I love the MR, the only thing that kinda disappointed me was the huge lag at WOT from a deadstop (No I didn't use launch control, didn't expect it to be that bad).

Is this worth it? Obviously i should go in and talk them down..but if they wont budge price..is this something i should go after even with all these miles and cosmetic mods??

Car has 61k miles and is going for 23,888, i would finance this car as well..for a long period of time..5 years or if they allow 6 years. which would bump that price up substantially.

hi! am new in this forum. am currently driving an 07 Si sedan with navi. I saw a bnew PB gsr with 23 miles. They offered to trade my 52kmi Si for 13k (I still owe honda 7.5k) and I will end up with 4.9% apr for 72mos. it will be a 450/mo. Is this a good deal or should I just pay off my Si and wait (1yr4mos)?

id say thats a pretty good deal. a little less miles would be nice but if thats the best available then i say jump on it

well that car should only kbb for 27k. depending on how youre paying you should be able to talk him down a little bit. so 25 shouldnt be too far off. if he wont go at least below 27k then walk
