These two cars are not even remotely comparable, at least get a used STi if you can't get an Evo. If you drive an Evo 1st you will always be disappointed in the wrx.

Okay guys im on the look out for a 2011-2012 white evo x gsr. Im basically looking for the cheapest evo i can get so just the base package. Unfortunately there arent many base models around were i live. So there is a 2011 gsr with the sight and sound package, and dealer and I are at a price of $34400. Im looking at a bunch of different websites and some say invoice price is $35319. Now im just wondering if this is a good price. He said $34400, and that is after the $1000 rebate from mitsu.

Thats my assumption. I know on the Mitsu website you can input your zip to find the rebates for your area. But I haven't really known Mitsu to offer much of a rebate on the Evo. Usually Mitsu does not offer anything at all on the Evo except the occasional 0% for 36 months on their prior year models.

I wonder what the "includes all available rebates" part is. With $35k and minus $1k from Mitsu, there is still $4k in rebates and discounts for something.

Usually the rebates include: customer loyalty, military, factory, and maybe minus destination?

I don't know what other rebates. I paid 35K out the door with taxes and everything 2 months ago. It was 31K plus taxes, bull)(*( doc fees , registration and misc.
