How Much for a new Evo / Is this a good deal? *Sticky/Merge* (Includes EvoM vendors)

I'm actually looking at a used 2014 X GSR with 3K miles. Sight and Sound Package and Exterior Package.
34,998
+ 4950 (tax, title, tags & fees)
= 39,948
I'm upside down 3K on my current car right now, but salesman said he can get my current car paid off with a 5K down payment and monthly would be ~$490.
Should I consider this or just pick up a new one?

Good morning guys, I have a question here for you all. I am going to buy a 2014 Evo X Gsr in Mercury Gray Pearl with the Sight and Sound package and also the interior package. They dealer ship wants 38,285. What do you think would be a fair selling price? 36,285 or less? Thank you very much.

Most that I have seen selling lately have been between 3-5 grand off of MSRP. (Window sticker)
You could probably do a little under 36 and they would be happy to see it go...

Awesome thank you very much. I am going to try to get the best deal possible. So do you think 34,285 as a starting offer is a good start?
#4238
Absolutely. Try your best to not seem like it is life or death if you get the car or not. (Even if it is)
These cars do not just walk off lots, they are a specialty breed and dealers are very realistic as to what they sell for. You should be able to get a very good price especially if you shop around a little.

They should be desperate to sell that at this point. No way someone is paying over 37 for it.

I just picked up my new 13 MR last week here in WA state for $35,488. Not fully loaded though, it only came with the interior LED lights and wheel locks. But still I'm happy with it.
#4244
Too much.
There are 2014 models available for a better price than that with those options.
Trust me, they know the clock is ticking, they should be hurried to get rid of it.

So the salesman called me back this morning, looks like they might be eager to move this one because its a 2013. He asked what I thought would be a fair price for it... Havnt called back yet. What do you think, 36.5k is fair?
