Thanks, but it wasn't easy I did a ton of research, checked this thread regularly and called/emailed plenty of dealerships. All of that legwork definitely helped. I definitely wouldn't have gotten this deal if I just walked in and tried to buy the car. Plus, I think this car had been sitting on their lot for a LONG time and they just wanted to get rid of it. So, it's really a mix of research, negotiating and some luck
BTW, Congrats on your new car!!! One more Evo X on the roads of NC!!

My god if thats for a brand new X thats a hell of a deal! Even with a hundred or two hundred miles thats still a great deal! But if they have that many miles brand new you have to be more careful, as your taking more of a risk with those demo cars.

I am assuming that you went to Daytona Mitsubishi. I just looked at their inventory yesterday. If you are planning to take the 0% APR financing, add $2000 to that price. If you don't already own a Mitsubishi, add another $500. So, $24,949 + $2000 + $500 = $27,449.

So if you want 0%, you're not a current Mitsu owner, and not in the military, it's really $27,949 for a base GSR from Daytona Mitsu.? That's ok, but nothing great. I've seen GSRs w/SSS for not much more, and a lot closer to me! Although I'm having a difficult time finding blue ones near me at good prices (there seems to be plenty of RRs though).
Lol - Tom Gross from Daytona Mitsu just emailed me, I think I'll ask what the actual price is.

Also, the $500 Sam's club gift card (http://www.samsclubauto.com/Mitsubishi.aspx) is forfeit if taking 0% (you also need to be a Sam's member 30 days prior to purchase). At least that was how it was explained to me yesterday.

Thinking about picking up a new Evo X GSR with SSS/6 disc cd/phantom black for 30,237 before tax. Its going to be around 31,400 OTD.
You guys think its worth it or should I try to get them to come down just a tad more? I see people on here getting them for like 28,900 OTD and it makes me jealous but I don't think I could swing that sadly.

Damn, the blue ones are disappearing! So the 2 at Daytona are gone, and I just talked to Hallmark in Nashville and both of their OB ones are gone. If anyone knows of a dealer in the SE with a blue GSR (at a great price ), please let me know!
