Yeah right, my dealer said they would match of beat any offer, so I drove an hour to get there. Showed them my Serramonte offer......it was a long drive back home!!

Sigh, I've already mentioned this before... There is NO WAY a dealer will pricematch another dealer that is out of state. Southcoast & Anaheim won't match Serramonte, and they are all in California. I wasn't even able to get my local Mitsu Dealer (who I bought my Endeavor from) to pricematch another dealer 200 miles away. Think harder people, you are just wasting your own time.

If you want to avail the crazy clearance pricing from Serramonte Mitsu, you'll have to travel there. They just want the 08s off their lots... and prolly have a few left. Only catch is the GSRs and MRs left are fully loaded (no base or SSS only). First come, first serve :P

They don't work for free, but we're coming on 2010 models. Looks like there's room to get it lower

My goal is pretty straight forward: Rally Red MR, no options at $375/month for 60mo @ 0% (after TTT), with $3k down, and my low-mile loaded 2004 Ralliart as trade-in. Figuring they should be able to get $10k on my trade (kbb says over $11k, cheapest on autotrader close to my year/color/miles by PP is over $10k), it doesn't seem like too much to ask. After moving the trade, they'll be over $3k in the green.

Edit: all that said, what do you guys think will happen once more news of the 2010's starts coming out? More factory to dealer rebates? There's still tons of MR's out there and no one's tripping over themselves to snag them.
Whatever you do, don't try to negotiate payments with them. Just negotiate the OTD price after trade-in.

If everything works out then I'm picking up a PB GSR with navigation and SSS for $34,000 with 0%. They are honoring my trade in a lot more than the previous dealer did, so I'm taking the deal.

negotiated a PB GSR w/ Navi, Interior Kit, SSS, Wheel Lock , Orig MSRP. $38k

Down to 31k OTD with 0% at Cherry Hill Triplex NJ.

Unfortunately I decided not to go for an Evo X at this time. Watch out this dealer is shady as hell, I'm pretty sure the car is still there.

I went in there to negotiate in person, but they were being dicks and wouldn't put it in writing. I really dislike this dealer and I bet they would have found some other way to screw me over. They do have a couple gsrs left with a couple different color choices though.

They have 8 in stock. I'm taking the PB you were looking at. I'm not that worried about a few thousand, so it's $34,000 + TTL + 0%. I'm fine with that. There's no way in hell they'd let that one go for $31k OTD.
