I hate to say it, but I think +400 WHP EVO X with slicks can spank the GTR because there aren't any slicks or R-Compound tires available for the stupid 20 inch rims.
I had to order 19 inch NISMO wheels for $9K!!! So that I can some descent rubber on the car. And I won't get the weels for another 2~3 months. It's killing me.

I really regret selling my EVO X, and I think I sold it too cheap. But I think it went to a good owner, Mike K. @Afiturbo, who will make this car faster than I would've been able to. EVO X is a an awesome car for the buck!! Especially with all the mods coming out, I wouldn't be surprised to get my a$$ whooped by an EVO X.

285 is easy. I think I just needed spacers in the front and roll the fender in the rear.
305 is hard. My friend somehow managed to fit that with a custom adapters and rolling his fenders. But it doesn't rub, and has no clearance issures.
