It doesn't appear to show the aero kit in this literature. Only the tall wing. This article also does not show the tranny cooler ducting which is horrible.

Interested in knowing the drag and downforce differences between the short and tall wing and if the studied this.

Curious as to why you consider the ducting to the transmission 'horrible'? Looks effective enough to me. Even the fins on the transmission case look curved to maximize the use of the flow.

Don't have data on the wing, but as far as the aero kit:
Stock Evo X Cd: 0.35
Aero Kit reduces Cd by 2.4% (insignificant).

The front air dam and skirts add +13.2 lbs of force in the front with -4.4 lbs of force (lift) in the rear @ 62mph and +41 lbs of force in the front with -13.2 lbs of force (lift) in the rear @ 111mph. Source is MMJP brochure.

The aero kit is not worth your hard earned $2000 by any means on public roads and i'm sure if you track often you'd rather install a splitter with canards and a proper wing.

I was referring to the transmission oil cooler behind the fog light on the driver's side of the front bumper. The referenced diagram only shows the oil cooler. Tranny cooler has significantly less air flow directed to it as it does to the oil cooler, both which can gain significant improvement with the removal of the fog lights.

These are currently JDM Parts. Mitsubishi North America actually printed these in their accessory book, but they are not available. I will have them in stock if they ever get them in the US.

nice, maybe I can use this next time I get pulled over for no front plate! Ill tell them that there is no where to put the plate that doesnt compromise my safety in handling due to downforce.
