Looking for this console...
Anyone have any ideas? The thread where I found it said yahoo japan auction site, but i don't speak/read japanese and the english version sucks... Main reason i want is it matches the factory dash accent trim.
Thanks

I believe its the 2009 EVO X dash, also they have a new cup holder design, or atleast a flip lid for the cup holders. Just might have to wait until the 09 is in the states.

I tried japanparts.com and all I could find was the cup holder area, not the console in which you want. It might be worth a shot at a Mitsubishi Dealership. Maybe they have a way of getting it here.

If this is the part that I think it is: the mid-section on all the Evos or even lancers with the cup holder lid between the shifter and is actually part of the arm console box.....I had just ordered it. I bought mine from Japanparts - which has always been open and will never close due to the market for japanese parts (why would somebody think they would, I have no clue). Any www.japanparts.com, they told me that they have to wait for the parts from Mitsubishi themselves, which would take about 5-8 days and then another 5-7 days for them to ship to me. Which I don't mind because its coming from Japan....

the part we are talking about is the piece that houses ac controls, where the cubby hole is, it's part of the shifter assembly
