p1235 x 2 and p0137

problem.

just installed new external dump downpipe from xtremeboost and now i am throwing those 2 codes. also installed a cat delet with cell fix. whenever we get into boost in 3rd gear, it spikes 20psi and the service engine light comes on. everytime its these 2 codes.

p0127- low voltage 02 sensor

p1235- air flow reading (or soemthing like that) .. this comes up twice.

any ideas?

all vaccum lines are tight, no leakes, factory intake with filter bolted on ( not leaking)

MBC also added.

help!

1235 is overboost. Get the car tuned or turn down the boost

take the MBC out and see if you still throw the 1235 code.

Does your sig match what's on the car? I'd put dollars on the WGA and MBC causing issues.

I have also been getting p1235....I also just installed an MBC and got tuned. It has to be from the MBC. Looks like there is no real fix unless the MBC is taken off(there would go my brand new tune). I turned my MBC down yesterday and have not gotten the code YET....I am also not hitting high boost levels between 20 and 24(just about stock).

Also just wondering why you would put an MBC on if you got a Mail-in ECUtek from Dino? Ecutek controls boost.......

Airflow tables need to be tuned. Trustful airflow and torque checks.

Tuner needs to adjust them.

This is all on my Evo X, I just installed the o2 housing downpipe and TF test-pipe w/ the 90 degree cel fix. It thru both of these codes. All I'm running is an intake, BOV, test-pipe and 02 housing downpipe and it thru the code with the stock boost controller. We added the MBC and boost gauge to turn down the boost but that sucks because its slow now =(

1-3

You might also have to tweak the Boost Desired Engine Load tables.

It takes a litlte while to get the tables right so you dont get the codes. I have a lot of hours in getting them right.

BDEL is definitely another one that will have to be checked.
