I'm sure this has been covered; however, I haven't been able to locate it on this forum. I'm trying to find the address for if I have a complaint about a dealership; corporate office probably. I'm not sure who to send it to. I have issues with the service dept, parts dept, and sales as well and would like to make mitsubishi aware of the situation.

They wont do anything other than tell you that each individual dealership is independetly owned and operated. Unless you have a problem with the car they dont care. If you have a problem with the dealership you need to get ahold of the owner of the dealership.

Try calling MMNA for starters... I've also had run ins with Mitsubishi's hired help! I've yet to discover if it's the employees that suck or Mitsubishi as a whole? MMNA hasn't treated me bad, however I can't say the same about their dealerships and so forth! I use to really bash the X after Mitsubishi continually did me wrong (or at least one of their reps)... I'm trying to let this issue resolve it's self before I make any further comments! Best of luck my good man!

im going to add a question...

Anyone have the address to send payments for those financed with Mitsubishi? I cant find it in my paperwork. Also, my last auto loan I got a little book that looked like a checkbook and I had to tear off a slip and send it with my check. Anyone have this?

Really? That's horrible. If I were Mitsu, I wouldn't want dealerships out there tarnishing my reputation. They should have reign over all the dealers and if there are issues, they should be able to do something about it.

Every month you will receive a statement in the mail requesting you to make payment. The address you should send your check to is:
Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America, Inc.
PO BOX 660451
Dallas, TX 75266-0451

You should have received a letter in the mail to allow you to setup direct deposit. That has all your info (such as account number and payment amount and address to send to) on it.

You can also ask to speak to the local District Manager or Regional Manager who is responsible for your part of the country. They might be able to help out.

Best bet is to get in touch with the owner of the dealership. If you still don't get anywhere, there is a process for filing a complaint. Call the corporate office and ask how to do it. Good luck.
