Metallicized tints on Evo X?

Has anyone tinted their Evo using metallicized films like Suntek HP?

If so, any issues with GPS, radio, bluetooth, windshield rain sensor, or other electronic sensors?

All the tint shops I've been to suggest you don't get it if you have navigation or bluetooth, etc.

It shouldn't effect bluetooth as both transmitter and receiver are inside the car, but navigation I can see it causing a problem.

When I was going to get my GTS tinted over a year ago, the place told me to NOT go with metallic tints because they had another cust whose GPS stopped working. They replaced the tint, and the problems went away. I figured I'd not take the chance.

It's pretty common, and often it's cheaper than the ceramic based tints.

And you already decided, but I'll add a +1 to not getting it if you have nav on the car (or satellite radio, which it can disrupt as well).
