nopers, it is at the crank. I think it is about the same as SAE net hp (what we use in the US) not SAE gross (what we used before the 70's)

I think the fq360 or 400 comparison with an STI is just plain ridiculous. If anything, they should compare them with the stock EVO... to show the difference.

I might be missing something but I don't see any reason to "cry" over not getting the FQ-400 in the US when you can make your own base X do the same thing for way cheaper.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

I dont think you can get 400whp with bolton's and a tune on a stock turbo x maybe like mid to high 3's

That is cool exhaust. I wonder what the other two holes are in the in front bumper near the tranny / engine oil cooler inlet.

That turbo can't be too big if it spools that quick. Obviously lots smaller than the CT9A FQ400 turbos.

So to get 403hp, they used low friction turbo, bigger intercooler and exhaust, and a tune??? No mention of engine internals.. could it be STOCK???

Somehow I feel if they had added a bit more bolt-ons and made it at least and FQ-450 this coudl have been a more direct competitor to the GT-R.
