So which of the two STOCK MITSU oil filter do you like to use?

On amsoil site, the search return this wis filter, 51356

It is ok to use this one with a lancer ralliart 2009??

I've used both the short fat one and the longer skinny one, they are both fine. I prefer the short fat one for clearance purposes but it's not that bad. I think that volume wise they have the same amount of filtering media.

I will do my first oil change myself on the evo and the short and stubby is what I got the 116

Short fatty, I buy them by the box. Same filter U can use on the EVO 8-10

I use K&N HP-1010
mainly because it supports all 3 of my cars. So I order in bulk of 10s and keep em for future oil changes.

What's more important to know is who supplies Mitsubishi with the filters. Denso is the OEM supplier. You are buying Denso filters just in OEM colors/packaging.
