I always read my cars' manuals. Although I don't necessarily follow many of their guidelines...my '94 Corolla's manual recommended that the car "not be driven over 50 mph" in the first 500 miles.

yeah happens on most to all newer cars, no bueno for the car to get super hot on a hot day and then just sit after you turn it off. it wants to cool down
funny thing tho, owned the car for almost a year and yesterday, literally yesterday was the first time it did it! crazyness, anyways car manuals FTW hahaq

i don't know if it's just me but i read the manuals to everything i buy, whenever i have downtime i love finding out new stuff. just got my bb tour a little over a week ago and i read that manual forwards and backwards twice. when i got my x a month and a half ago i read the manual before bed lol. moral of the story is, read your manuals! they're there for a reason.
