Buying an Evo X
I've read in a few posts that dealers are selling new evox's for 25K. I have been looking all over but cant seem to find any deals like that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I believe that price is well after all the discounts; and at least down here where I live, there's no more 08 Evos available, except for a Red MR that's aging at the dealer...

$25k new is a dream. The last bits of the 2008 inventory weren't moving, Mitsu got competitive, and they're for the most part gone now.
Lowest price tag on a base GSR is 28,5 before 2k rebate, 500 loyalty (if applicable) and 500 military (if applicable).
That also assumes you can *find* a base GSR.

Yes. That price is only valid for the 2008s, and they're obviously not getting any more of those. You'll have to track down a dealership that has what you want, or find one willing to do that for you.

It's so easy to get pricing info if you just do a little bit more research on this site.
Check these guys out, maybe you can get a better deal if you aren't picky with color/options: (they ship nationwide)

$30-32k would be like throwing money into a hole at this point. Hell, South Coast was selling base GSRs for $30k and SSSs for $32k in 2008 when they were new and in-demand. I'd be looking for at least a few thousand off what in a few months will be a "2 year old" car. While $25k is probably unlikely now that the huge rebate ended, $28.8k on an SSS looks pretty easy.

Even still, you could have an SSS shipped from California for less than $30k, including shipping.

Cool. I'm lazy and have too much money, I suppose. I'm getting an SSS/Nav/Interior sport for $32975 tomorrow. I'll haggle on my trade-in (if necessary) but I didn't bother on the Evo side.
