looks like rock chips to me..... get the paint code for your car, get some touch up pain either online or through the dealership, use a tooth pick, and patch the chip in, wait a day or 2 and wax/buff it, but dont over buff or youll burn through the paint, i have done that and it sucks lol

If it's not a chip and is actually something adhered to the surface, get a clay bar.

If the paint is not chipped, try to claybar it with mothers claybar kit, just follow the instructions on the box.

You may want to try the Clay Magic kit from Advance. It's arguably the better OTC clay on the market.

If its raised when you run your finger over it, its probably something like tree sap or something along those lines. If it is not raised and sits flush with the paint, its probably either bird **** that etched the clear, or bug guts that etched the clear.

Looks like rail dust but, can't really tell from the pics. I had a problem with rail dust when I purchased my car (you can search for thread). If they are raised bumps embedded in the paint and kinda look like rust, they are probably rail dust. You can't clay bar them out. The dealer had to send my car to be wet sanded at a body shop in order to get rid of them. It is fairly common with new cars. It happens when they are being transported to the dealer. Has to do with the static charges when the cars are being shipped.

Clay bar or any kind of polish will not remove it if it is rail dust. To my knowledge, the only thing that will remove it is wet sanding.
