How Many Miles On Your EVO X
Right now I have a 2003 Mini Cooper S to take care of the daily duties and a 2003 Mustang Cobra for fun.
I had a 2006 Apex Silver EVO IX and sold it back in 2007.
Well a few years later I am looking at getting into another EVO. I was thinking of getting rid of my Cooper S and Cobra for a 2010 EVO X GSR SSS in white. My concern is the miles that I will be putting on the car. I will average between 22,000-25,000 miles a year. Simple math after roughly 5 years the car will have around 110,000-125,000 miles.
How are your EVO X's holding up? Ofcourse I will do the regular maint. work, just not too sure about the realibility as my last IX was not my daily driver.

It'd obviously make sense to put miles on a car that is cheaper to maintain (tires don't last all that long on these
I was actually thinking about getting a Mini Cooper S like you have for my daily.

Yeah i hear what all you guys are saying. I know the tires don't last, I got 8K out of my EVO IX.
The Cobra has 32,000 miles while the mini has 108,000 miles. Mini has been damn good to me and I enjoy driving the car.
The smart thing to do would be to keep both as I own the mini, but since when do I do the smart thing.

I do my oil change every 4 000 km and treat her like a baby for the rest of the maintenance. A1. I am over 25 000 km and no issues at all. Great car. The only thing, oem tires are finish... I did about 16 000 on those since I have put winter tires last winter.
One thing for sure... It's not for sale...

11 months old and it has ~18500 miles. Stock clutch, 2nd set of brakes (OEM fronts fully worn down at 16k miles) fully tuned at 330/360 with all bolt-on's the past 9k miles... no issues
