Change filter every oil change or every other?

Wow what a big mistake if you are changing the oil filter every other oil change, do yourselfs a favor and change that 5 dollar filter everytime you drain the oil.
FYI, i hope you understand that if the filter gets dirty enough it will actually go into bypass mode,,,, let me explain,, if you look inside the filter there is a bypass valve all you may see is a spring in there, the bypass valve is there for a very specific reason if the filter cannot filter anymore because is cloged up it will bypass the oil all the time not filtering the oil DANGEROUSE SITUATION, another reason the bypass is there is so when you start in the morning when oil is cold so the pressure surge is not too high trying to filter but that only happens for the first few minutes until the engine comes to operating temp.
the last car where you want to slack on the blood of the engine is on an evo.
