Help with OBD Monitor Readiness (Inspection)

So I went for an inspection today and I failed. My OBDII catalyst and Oxygen Senor Heater monitors were NOT ready. I've driven my car for probably 2000 miles since my tune so I dont know why its not ready. I asked the tech if maybe I have broken sensors and he said no its because I havnt driven it enough since I last tuned or disconnected the battery. Any ideas?

Have you cleared any CEL's lately? Usually you need about 70 miles to complete a drive cycle...

I had a cel back when it was tuned awhile ago and it went away by itself. Haven't touched the ECU at all since the Tune which was over the summer. And I probably have driven 70 miles today alone.

I never touched my cat... I only have a catback.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the Tune. Any ECUFLASH users wanna chime in?

sorry dude, for some reason i thought your car was 2010. One monitor can be not ready in order for your car to pass the inspection.

I would call your tuner and make sure he did not disable it through Ecuflash somehow. I saw a disable thread but with you having the stock cat I would see no reason for the disable.
