if these are the same kinda advans from the 9's then yeah thats normal. The tires from the factory are nice and sticky. The more grip the less life the tire has. Now you just have to find the happy mix where you wanna be with your next set. Longer life of more grip. Im on 300 Tread wear tires and they arnt the best but they are lasting longer than 3 sets of advans. I would aim for 180-240 treadware as the best combinatiion of life and fun.

The inner edge wear is because of the bad alignment from the factory, not the nature of the tire. One of the first things you do when you buy a X is get a proper alignment to zero out toe on all 4 tires.

My first set did the same thing. My alignment was way off. I bought a lifetime alignment from a local shop so I don't have to pay for it anymore. Now I get an alignment done every time I get the tires rotated & balanced.

I haven't (and won't till forced) touched my alignment. My stock Advan's wore damn near perfectly. My Z1's that replaced them for the next summer were pretty darn good at wear -- until.... Until track days. The tire opposite from the front where I scrubbed tended to wear down (Rear tire if you're "tracking" my story) on the INSIDE of all places. My "temporary" A/S that I've had on now for a solid year are wearing like a charm, even, except for the odd chunks on the "scrubbing" tire where I did a 15 minute HPDE session, street clothing on. I am not gonna touch my alignment unless I see something really bad with a pull.
