I bit the bullet and bought the 2-piece Race Ramps. They are super light and split in half so when your car is up you pull the ramp piece off and you can slide under the car from the sides without the ramps in the way. It actually makes a big difference if you are doing things like an exhaust or working around the wheel area.

So yes it's not as easy to access from the sides sides of the car using my ramps...or any other "one piece" style ramp. The saving grace though is once up on my wooden ramps (or most other one piece ramps) I can easily get a jack & jack stands under the car and remove the ramps.

^^ Hah, that's too funny!
But you gotta admit, Darwin's ramps have a bit of character to 'em..
Thought the 1st unfinished pics looked a little too diy'er.. but after seeing them finished with handles, I think they look pretty damn nice.
So Jonny, do you have any recommendations on a RR setup for stock Evo X's? And for lowered Evo X's??

Same ramps supplemented with our Xtenders (which reduce the angle of approach to 6 degrees) for lowered Evo's.
Darwin's ramps do show good design and craftsmanship.
