LED Rear License Plate Bulb?

Sup guys,

Well i been searching and cant find my answer. Im trying to get some led bulbs for my rear license plate (or white colored) and was wondering if anyone knows which bulbs to get? I was wondering if the Piaa Wedge bulb would work? Part number 19172, 5w, style 168 wedge. If anyone can confirm this or lead me to the right bulb i need, i would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks.

If the license plate lights on an Evo are 194's then these will work. I had them on my 09 STi before I traded it off.

So i installed the Piaa wedge bulbs and they light up in different colors. Ones yellower and the other is bluish/white (how it should be).. I did accidentally touch the bulb that is yellower (think this is the cause?). When i then took it off and flip it, putting it on the other way but its still the same.. anyone know why? I guess ill have to buy new bulbs?

Bingo... Not just more classy but it also give it a cleaner look than the plain *** regular dull bulbs. V-leds.com FTW that's where I got my license plate bulbs for the evo and wrx
