Strange Idle...
For a while my car has had sort of a strange idle, especially when cold, will bounce around between like 600-900 RPM or so. Car is bone stock, is this just normal for X's?

Mine has 5kish, I think I remember it having the weird idle since I bought it, but i see it more now that the car needs to warm up in the morning because it's getting cold.

I was considering putting an intake in pretty soon, but wasn't going to tune it for a while, if at all. Will an untuned intake make this worse? Or will it probably just stay the same?

Yea same here just over 400 miles and "rough idle" from what everyone says its common and nothing is wrong just crappy idle on the stock tune from factory. Notice it to when the car is cold and you drive it seems to serge the first few shifts till it fully warms up. I do let it run for a min or two before I leave the driveway. This seems to be a common occurrence though.

I had to same issue and got an ETS intake. No more idling issues, but I think the idle at 600 rpm doesn't do any justice because you can barely get the car to creep with just clutch and when you do.. it feels like your about to stall. I'd love for the factory to have the idle at least 850rpm where it should start moving faster as it is grabbing other than taking a chance on the stall.
Also turning on the AC will help the idling issue, but you may experience a couple extra bucks here and there especially from first into second.
