Noise comming fromt he front left of my car

Noise comming fromt he front left of my car
hey my car started making this wierd almost like a tap or nock. i hear it only when the car is moving and not all the time it will come and go. it started after the snow fall last night i drove in the snow but i was smart and didnt take my car abouve 4 or 5k rpm. it almost sounds as if somethign is flapping making the knock. i dont hear it at idle.
my mods are a 3" ets dp and ets catback im running stock cats.
the owner before me was stage 2 cobb
i htink the noise is comming from the wheel or somehting in the wheel becasue i thats where the sound is comming from and if i am rolling either in gear or out of gear at 40mph itmakes the same tapping noise.?

turned out to be when i did my brake job i guess my front passenger lugs werent tight enough then the snow and cold let them loosen alot so i was riding with 2 missing and a third was aboutto fall off...so i tightened all of my lugs and had an extra lug so now im only missing one, and the noise went away
