It was a mid year change just like the SE. It started on the 2010 SE. The 2010 GSR and MR don't have it. All 2011's have it.

It was not on any 2010 models, including the SE's. This is a 2011-only (so far) thing.

My car was built in September 2010 and does not have it. But, even if it did have it, it would have been long gone. Is it just me or is that tacky?

I just figured it was on the SE's since someone said their 2010 SE had it. I knew it was def a 2011 thing. I'm not a big fan of it. Reminds me of Subaru or Honda. Mine would be gone as well if it came with it. But to each their own.
