Brand new off the showroom Evo X missing parts??

cost cutting is what they call it internally...publicly its weight savings :-)
take it back and have them refit the under tray...good luck with the X I'm sure you'll end up loving the car but hating the brand.

thanks for clarifying guys.
i spoke to the dealership this morning and they're covering the missing parts. they explained to me that a lot of times the pre delivery inspection calls for them to remove the under engine cover... i guess the tech they had inspecting the car only hand tightened the bolts up front. oh well.
can't wait to see what this car can really do. coming from a 350z... i've already got the itch to mod my Evo. this is probably the only time i'll ever wish there were MORE miles on my car

Seriously..... don't mod the car for a while. When you can control the car for everything it can do, then start modding

My Z had 38k on the clock when I got it so I felt like I had to mod it as fast as I could, while the miles were "low". The first 6 months I had dropped about 4-5k on it
I am definitely going to take my time with the Evo. I may do a few cosmetic things here or there but nothing under the hood for a bit.
