Best way to make 2011 exhaust sound more like A V6
Hey peeps
Right now I'm debating between a 335i and evo X ... One of main things I don't like bout evo is it's exhaust note ... I currently have 350z and love the sound of stock exhaust . I'm not a big fAn of loud exhausts. So here to listen to suggestions on which exhaust will not be loud nor drone on highway but will give me a nice deep sound when I get on it a bit ... Maybe in combo with a cone...

Sorry but low compression 4 cylinder engines are never going to sound like anything else except a low compression 4, unless you get a Subaru. No exhaust is going to make it sound any different.

don't buy an evo then. That is a way it sounds and should sound.
i personally like it more then a V6 sounds by a mile, The close call is a V8. Now when a V8 is super charged cammed etc. then it is best sounds unless you going higher like V10 or V12.
Other then that i think the EVo with a good set up , the best sounding turbo i4. If it has an ALS then hands down the best sound under V10 for me.

Ok no need to tell me that's what it should sound like , I'm sure if that's how it is ... Then that's how it's supposed to be , my question was simply is there an exhaust that will make it sound a bit louder but only say when you get on it and not while cruising . To people who actually answers my question I appreciate it

Your best bet is an '06 STi with a single HKS Hi-power
Or get the 335xi... that's a very nice car... like an Evo except i6 and won't handle near as good and won't respond to mods as good either... and won't turn as many heads... and the seats are not as badass... and... should I keep going?
