I don't think building the block will be necessary when only running 91 octane. I don't think the fuel will allow you to run enough boost/timing to break anything. I'm no tuner and could be 100% wrong.

What is the compression of the motor? I just did 508whp on the stock motor w/93. You should be able to do 460-470 if I had to guess based off what I was able to do with the stock motor. Let me know

I think that 460ish is a good number that you could expect. I would build the motor, have that safety net, especially if you're going to even dabble with e85. Once you put that in you can get close to 600, and you'll never want to switch back to 91. Stop worrying about the DW injectors, the stories of their failures are greatly exaggerated. Assuming you have the new version that is.

The compression is going to be 9.0.1 on the motor. Well i hope i can get those type or number on 91 but at least the 91 tune is going to be more like my winter tune. I am gonna e85 for the summer time.

Oh yeah i know the new DW injectors are good i was taking about the DW fuel pump. But yeah that is my plan run e85 all year minus the winter cause the cold start and my car has to seat outside while i am work for almost 12 hours.
