I don't think they made them in 2009 models, so no differences really.

 

Yes, they did make 2009 EVOs. I have a 2009 MR. They were just not available in the states.

I believer the only difference between 2008 and 2009 were cosmetics.

2009 EVOs received updated taillights aka Ralliart taillights and the extra bumper piece from the 2008 Canadian spec EVOs were removed.
