yeah i was thinging the samething. Like how did we go from car seats to the trunk...

but lets clarify this for a second.... Now if you do what someone suggested and you put the infant seat on the passenger and toddler on the driver side yes two seats will fit even if your 6'1. Im 6'0 and thats how mine is, but now two infant seats in the back equals a "No go for launch their ghost rider." unless your under 5'0.

When I have kids I might have to go to the darkside and get a STI wagon. I barely have enough room right now with all my work crap.

The two Recaro toddler seats is awesome!! Yeah I'd rock the toddler behind me and the infant seat behind the passenger seat. Those Recaro seats look pretty good, I'll have to check the ratings on those suckers.

have 2 convertible car seats they are both rather large. I am 6'1 and the kids fit fine if the 3 year old is behind my seat he can kick my seat but other then that he fits fine if he uses just the booster seat though there is no issue.

Yeah I have two convertible car seats in the back as well. One smallish Radian and another monster 80+ lb Britax. Fit's well for me.

I'm not sure on an Evo 7 but on mine (and most other cars) you should have them on either side of where the baby seat will go. Just feel between the back and bottom cushion of your rear seat and there should be a metal bracket that the seat can anchor to.

BTW, I can chime in on carseats in an Evo. I have two toddler seats (Britax) in the back of my X and I'm 6'1"...no issues and the kids don't complain.

I had a hard time with the recaros. When we had our daughter we wanted to always put her in the middle but the recaros are wide and putting a rear facing seat in the middle was tough. My tip is always measure and the narrower the better. If u put 2 seats on both side you shouldn't have a problem. My daughter is 2 now and we still put her in the middle and my son just has the booster so it's all good. Getting a dual stroller to fit the trunk was an issue too.
