Hid fog installed = failed

Installing fog hid = fail WEll first off I couldn't get the HID to work, so put back on my OEM FOG and it still didn't work any either? i INSTALL THE WIRE HARNESS BEHIND THE BACK OF THE BUMPER BACK ON BUT SSTILL DOESNT TURN ON LOLZ....ANY CLUES GUYS?

Blown fuse?

I know one time I forgot to plug in the connector on the back of the bumper back in and my fogs weren't working.. is that what you mean about the wire harness?

Yeah....i hope to god its just a blown fuse....i tried to isntall the hid.maybe ill let the pro's do it next tiem lmfao..funny i can do alot of other things but when it comes to electrical i tend to blow things up.
