Evo X MR real world gas mileage
I am looking at a used 2011 mr x touring...I have read lots of different things about gas mileage with these cars. I have read there is a flash that can benefit? I understand the gearing keeps the revs up at highway speeds. Anyone getting mid 20s on the highway? I would be happy to average 21.
Thanks

I have an 08 mr and if I travel 5 or more miles on highway I'll get barely over 20mpg average, I don't know what instant mileage is. Mix of highway and streets I average 16/17 only. I'll get less than 200 miles to a tank. It sucks

I have extensive mods including a FPGreen turbo and after 35k miles I get just over 20 mpg on the highway while averaging 80 to 85 mph. I took a 3000 mile vacation, using the trip computer in the Nav, I did 81 mph average for over most of the trip and got 20.3 mpg

Stage 1 (stock map from accessport) = 25
Stage 2 = 21-25 but thats because I was enjoying my mods lol

10 km/l per 100km so that's like 23-25mpg but only doing 120km/h on highway max at3000rpm in 6th nets me a good 450minimum km tank or close to 500 if the terrain is flat

bone stock Evo X SE. I can milk up to 26-27 mpg with mix of highway/city. But driving normally, I get about 23 avg. The sweet spot for MPG seems to be around 50-60mph. Maintaining 75 lowers MPG to about 21-22 for me.
