Best BoV for Evo X?

What's the best one and why?
Also, would a universal BoV require any custom tubing?

It will make lots more noise if you get a CAI (Cold Air Intake). I have an AMS CAI and its pretty loud lol

Btw I'm new to this also

Like others are saying - start with an intake.. I hear that certain intakes allow for the turbo spool to be very loud as well as a very noticeable BOV sound.. I bet people would assume you had aftermarket with just an intake.

All, which intakes are supposedly the loudest? Cold airs usually?

I think the AMS/ETS style of short ram with the re-routed bov is probably the loudest because the bov is only a few inches from the filter..

I agree, we put an aem intake and K&N on two EVO's with the stock blow off valve and it was noticeably louder, but not really loud. I guess it all depends on what you are trying to shoot for in the end result.

LMAO, this!

Stick with stocker and upgrade the intake as others have said. Do a search first if your new to the site and need an answer. This has been covered a million times since the days of 1990 Eclipse's.
