I have been trying to get my EVO X inspected since september. Each time I go they cannot finish emmisions testing because the drive cycle non-continous monitor test will not reset. I cleared any codes and drove around for a few weeks and took it back into the shop. Still not reset. I guess it needs to have 3 complete and I always only show 2,oxygen sensor and evaporative system complete While the catalyst and oxygen sensor heater still say not complete.

I do have a custom tune, could that be my problem. I have a call in with them to see if something was disabled.

Any advice or suggestions?

I highly suggest giving your tuner a call. I'm sure they can explain what method they used to tune your car, and how this could affect a readiness check for emissions.
