The car was first in class (Super Street), and was pipped to the overall title by 0.02seconds by a fully stripped Modified class car on R888 GG tires.

Unfortunately for a rear diffuser to actually function, it probably needs to be that big on our cars and has to have complete enclosed under paneling. Similarly, the wing also needs to meet with the roofline with the aid of a VG and all these have been met on this car. I even see duck bill trunk for the MAX rear downforce! Seems like this isn't the first time these guys have built a car for that track. Awesome results!

That is at the Yas Marina circuit, the same place where F1 races. What an absolutely beautiful track. And racing at night under the lights is so spectacular. Totally sick Evo X. Great to see the attention to aerodynamic downforce with the large front splitter, canards and mammoth rear diffuser as well as VG and rear wing. This has to be one of the sickest Evo X's around. Wish I were the OP's friend...

Here are some more images, the rear diffuser section has access panels for suspension and alignment adjustment .... It's a pain in the *** to have to take the whole diffuser off!

We've heat wrapped the exhaust, and created as much ventialtion as possible, but it still gets seriously hot inside the car!
