Reinstalled stock exhaust after being tuned for a while?
When I originally bought the car, it came with a Greddy full exhaust which was way loud for my liking. I then got the magnaflow which was a nice compromise. but out still vibrated every panel in the car which is very annoying.
Now that I have a little one on the way I started thinking how can in make this car quiet again.so I tried the stock exhaust (since I never experienced it) and now its like a Camry with a turbo, really smooth and no vibrations .I'm quite satisfied.there is some loss of power but not much.
My question is: are there any negative effects of doing this since I was never tuned for that setup?
Mods are:
Ur test pipe
Ets intercooler
Snapse bov
Hallman mbc
Tuned for 350HP/360tq
Uicp
Does turbo work harder with the stock exhaust on and a test pipe?

You should be fine. I don't like loud cars so I also run a stock axleback. However, I had my stock muffler modified a bit. It's perfect for daily driving and loud enough when I get on it. The only downside is you're robbing yourself of some power.

I disagree. Too much depends on how it was originally tuned. It is entirely possible that you will be tuned but there is too much riding (no pun intended) on it not to have it retuned with the different exhaust. The turbo has more back pressure with a stock exhaust and so it's important to have a tuner sort it out.
