Well they did have some Ed Hardy seat covers with the matching flames on them. But the orignal owner couldnt do apart from them and kept them when they traded in.

When someone puts 19s on their Evo, most replies are "that rocks!" But when someone does a cosmetic mod that doesn't actually make the car slower, most replies are hateful. sigh

Yeah, I hear you, but way too many people seem to think that their wheels also belong in a museum. And, so, they end up with wheels that don't come close to optimizing performance. That was my gripe here. At least a pretty picture on the side of the car isn't making the car slower.

If just one in twenty of the wheel-related threads started where it should - with a tire size and a clear set of goals - then I would be happy.

I do like seeing different mods on rides especially after living in Japan. Here you penalized and hated on for being different if you try something like what this guy did. In Japan you are actually praised for going outside the norm and thinking outside the box. Im not a big fan of the design nor would i like to drive something so attention grabbing, but whomever did the work has skill at least it was cleanly done.

I like colorful engine bays I feel it adds character to a ride which is why i did mine. Painting things on a ride is not some peoples cup of tea and others love to stand out. I rather do a creative paint job than to added 19"-20" wheels stanced out so low to the ground that your ride is kissing the payment. If everyone was the same and did the same thing life would be pretty damn boring.

If someone gave me the car I would have to invest the money to paint over it. But I would feel bad because the artist did an excellent job IMO. But no way I would drive it around with airbrushing on it.
It might be a tough sale for the dealership. Most of the people that will be interested in in purchasing it are gonna be little ricer kids without proper income or credit. The dealership might want to paint the car first. Or atleast install the match Ed Hardy seat covers

I would only get this car if the slap on some neon lights, some 14" subs and a set of 20" spinners!!!! Only way!! lol
