I think you'll hear a bigger difference by switching the CBE portion, not the resonated TP or strait TP.
If you like loud go with Reg v2, if you want quieter go with QuietV2. Obviously with your CBE choice, the quality will be great. If you have a GSR just because of how short the gears are, going with the resonated TP will help with drone.
Here in AZ many of the highways have posted speed limits of 75 and 70-80 is pretty typical cruising speed. So, I would just make sure to have the resonated TP to help kill the drone. But if I was living in the bay area in NorCal, I would likely wouldn't care as with traffic I wouldn't cruise that fast often. Either way you go, resonated TP would be my suggestion.
