on mr you should change your oil earlier than the dealership says, ive seen videos about that and when you see the oil its dark as hell, they say to change it at 40.000 but you should do it half way more or less, this video should help you to show how bade it will come out at 40.000
i strongley advise to get that filter and oil pan, im getting one next month. actually you dont have to just use the dealers oil, there are good oils that have the especification for that kind of tranny, at the moment i dont remember which ones especificley but i think amsoil has it, and amsoil has the reputation of being the leader in lubricantes for years.

As far as transmission fluid goes. If it's the 5-speed use:

Fluid: AMSOIL Manual Transmission & Transaxle Gear Lube 75W-90
Product Code: MTGQT-EA

OR

Redline 'Cocktail'
Fluid: 1QT Redline Mt-90
Product Code: 50304
Fluid: 2QT Redline MTL
Product Code: 50204

Yes, both of those are fine, though I have had better luck with the Redline.

To the OP, it doesn't matter if you don't track or drag your car, the Redline cocktail improves the shifting of the transmission ov the stock Diaquen.

I would highly recommend changing the rear diff and T Case as well, but for those two you do use the Diaqueen oem fluid.
